My passion for real estate is rooted in my connection with people. With personal experience with each of these scenarios, I offer perspective and empathy to find solutions. 

Buyers: I have developed a creative eye for envisioning the flow, livability, and how a space will work for my clients. I'm able to step into your shoes and see a home through your eyes. I often "translate" what my clients are feeling into words. This helps navigate the process seamlessly. I have managed several remodels and have an eye for possibilities. I will negotiate as if it were my own purchase and inform you every step of the way. 

Sellers: I use the strategies above to envision the potential buyers' needs and leverage your home's unique characteristics to "hook" buyers, creating that feeling of home that is often difficult to put into words. I work with Real Estate because the programs they offer eliminate the typical obstacles many sellers, such as coming up with money to prepare a home to sell ( Concierge Program), and how to afford the next landing "pad" before selling (Bridge Loan Program). I get creative; marketing to select potential buyers, making connections with local businesses, and working to clear the home's energy so it is ready to embrace it's new (s)! By the time we go to market, your home will feel refreshed, , and like "a million bucks"... or more, hopefully! 

Personal Info: I grew up in CA and moved to Seattle in 2006. I quickly nestled into the Ballard neighborhood where I enjoy building community. You'll find me at the park with my kids, farmer's markets, hosting Block Parties, Play Streets, and family events, hiking the trails, and enjoying local breweries and wineries. I regularly volunteer with PEPS (Program Early Parent Support) and have found a passion connecting new parents during their "infancy" of parenthood. I love to travel, and given how small this world is, we may even bump into each other at an airport abroad!
